Therapy sessions that exceed 45 – 50 minutes will be billed in 15-minute increments at $30.00 per 15 minutes.
 
No show fee for Licensed Therapy

Unless otherwise stated in your therapist handout, when you miss a scheduled appointment and/or do not call 24 hours (work day) in advance, you are subject to this fee.  Insurance companies will not pay this charge.  If you fail to keep appointments or give insufficient notice of cancellation, your therapist may charge you up to the full fee.

Telephone calls to make or reschedule an appointment will not be billed, provided the call does not require a clinical consultation and does not exceed five (5) minutes.

Court Appearance
$125.00 hourly rate
Court time includes all travel time, waiting and loss of available time incurred by the therapist.  The minimum rate for a court appearance is $250.  All time required by the therapist to “be available” will be billed to the client at the $125 rate.  All court related expenses are payable in advance of the service received.  Insurance will not cover court related expenses.
