Mission & Vision
Our mission is to provide support, treatment, and advocacy to persons whose lives have been affected by sexual violence and to reduce sexual violence in our community through education and awareness.
The agency's trustees, staff, and volunteers pursue a shared vision of a community that is free from sexual violence - where all individuals have the opportunity to experience interpersonal relationships that are safe, healthy, and joyful.

The crisis hotline is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week for crisis intervention. Trained volunteers and staff treat callers with empathy and compassion and provide referrals for community resources and services.

Dr. Nadia Cayce

The RCASA Board of Directors proudly announce Dr. Nadia Cayce as the new Executive Director effective September 8, 2020.
The Board made this selection based on Dr. Cayce’s extensive experience and professional achievements. She holds degrees from Capella University (Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology), Rutgers University (MPA in Public Management), Stockton University (BA in Literature/Language, Spanish and Writing), and also brings experience from the New Jersey Alliance for Children, Youth & Families, Volunteers of America, The Kellen Company, and most recently, Drew & Associates, which is a consulting firm providing agents of social impact through data-driven decision making and operational efficiencies.
We are confident that Dr. Cayce’s many talents, collaborative and engaging leadership approach, and wide-ranging experience will help continue RCASA’s record as a high-integrity, vibrant, diverse, inclusive, and growing community that creates conditions for success for its clients and other stakeholders.
Dr. Cayce will work closely with the Board to co-design the future of the organization in realizing its strategic goals and vision, including: enhancing the value of client experience while growing services; developing external relationships to enhance contributions to knowledge, policy, and practice; and expanding organizational capacity to fulfill RCASA’s strategic priorities, vision, and mission.
